About The Game

In FIFA 99, players can participate in the elite « European Dream League, » which includes 20 top teams from across Europe competing in a league format. This game was the first to feature a block of teams not belonging to any of the main leagues, referred to as « Rest of Europe » at the time. Graphically, it’s a significant upgrade from FIFA ’98, with basic facial animations, different player heights, improved kits, and emblems (although unlicensed). Additionally, gamers can create custom cups and leagues, selecting their desired teams to participate.
